Section 21b Notice

Section 21(1)(b) notice requiring possession issued used by a landlord whereby the landlord wishes to invoke their right under section 21 of the Housing Act 1988 obtain possession of their property at the end of a fixed term tenancy.

Under Section 21 the landlord must give the tenant minimum of two months notice in writing that they require possession of the property.
